Very friendly and professional service

Staff are lovely, my friend telephoned to make the appointment for her own cat. This is my own observation. When booking a the cat in for a nail clipping the operator could have been more proactive, either checked previous records or asked questions as to how the cat reacts. My friends cat is nervous and would have benefited from a relaxant before the visit. Therefore another visit is now required as they only managed to clip two claws due to cat being distressed. Obviously the owner could have volunteered information herself. Also book well in advance. Popular practice and accessible

I was told my cat requires dental treatment and there will be an email to explain procedures and the cost involved. Until such time as I receive this, I couldn’t possibly comment.

When there is an emergency I must say the Oxford Cat Clinic in Marston did a wonderful job on my poor male cat aged 7+ years. They also took into account that I didn’t have pet insurance as my cat had underlying health conditions as a kitten which made it too expensive. Despite trying to budget let’s say I could have gone to a private consultant myself 4 times for the price! However, the vet fees are low, it’s the cost of the drugs and equipment used that is expensive and in the end my cat who was on arrival very ill was by the evening fit enough to come home which is remarkable. The staff from reception, nursing staff and vet were very supportive and the medication has done wonders. The clinic has quiet consultation rooms with dogs on one side and cats on the other and it’s modern, bright and inviting.

I left the vets covered in ear wash that they had just used on our dog had to put my coat in the wash because it stained I would have thought the vet should have asked for a nurses help!

- Bad service - Bad attitude - Couldn't identify fleas on my cat - Gaslighted me about whether they'd told me she had fleas or not - Money grabbing - Couldn't understand the basic request for a prescription Please don't reply explaining how you would like to resolve the issues - you didn't care when I came in (you only wanted to gaslight me and take my money). And don't tell me I'm mistaken; I made myself clear on the phone and in person when you'd prepared the incorrect order for me.
