I honestly couldn’t be happier with this vet clinic. As an anxious pet owner I ask a million questions and they always take the time to answer everything thoroughly and kindly, never making me feel rushed or silly. The vets and nurses are incredibly gentle, loving, and supportive, and they give such helpful advice on caring for my kitten. They took amazing care of my boy and treated him like their own. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful team

We used hilltop for the first time for our sick cat. They were kind, didn’t over-treat and were clear about treatment options during the appointment. He needed 2 visits and both were appropriately priced. Couldn’t fault the service we got, many thanks!

I am so so happy with the service I have received at Hilltop Vets today. Kay and Georgie were brilliant at relieving and reassuring me with Jen’s dental procedure. I am so so happy with the care Jen receives here and staff always make a fuss of her. I would give Hilltop Vets a five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the staff here are amazing. From the reception to the vets. I always feel that my dog's welfare, health and happiness is their first priority. Recently we had an emergency as my dog had eaten some chicken bones and obviously had got them stuck in her throat. She was very distressed and her breathing was affected. As soon as we arrived, and while we where in the reception area, one of the staff members (Gillian) without hesitation just stuck her hand straight in her mouth and scooped out all the bones. Honey was immediately better and we where extremely relieved and grateful.
