Visited today for cats 1st vaccination, Vet was really nice, very kind and gentle with our cat. Would definitely recommend this Vetinary practice.

I have used this practice for 4 years, but the standard of care has drastically dropped. They used to be good, but my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I booked a consultation because my rabbit has blood in his urine and is losing his litter training. The appointment lasted barely five minutes. Worse still, the vet explicitly told me she was not familiar with rabbits. Despite this being a potentially serious urinary issue, I was not offered an appointment with a rabbit-savvy or exotic animal vet. I was sent home with a KatKor kit (a urine test for cat) to collect a urine sample. However, the granules in this kit are dangerous for rabbits. When I called the practice for help because the home collection failed, I was asked to book another consultation for in-clinic collection. No at-home advice or interim treatment was given to keep my rabbit safe or comfortable while we struggled to get a sample. I also don't understand why an in-clinic collection wasn't handled by a competent vet during our paid time slot.

Needed a vets on a Sunday because of a thorn was embedded in my dog’s foot. Consultation fee was only £51.00 !! All the other vets were closed or wanted over a hundred pounds some where nearly £200. Pet was seen quickly and treated with care and professionally treated as to the removal of the thorn. Many thanks to all concerned and the lovely receptionist who stood outside in the rain 🌧️ to greet me and guide me into the car park. Would highly recommend iffley vets.
