Been going to Vets for pets for years! They’ve got an agreement in my name, which I clearly didn’t sign, and being charged £30 for missing a payment on my pet plan! Asked to speak to the practice manager, not there, asked for someone else higher there is on-one. Be very careful when signing up to anything with this practice

I am very impressed by Botley clinic. They done dental for my Greyhound. I appreciate the most that doctor listened to me and done exactly what we discussed. Affordable prices as well. Thank you. I recommend this practice 100%

Charged £17.13 for a simple cat nail trim, which took only less than a minute. The price was not explained in advance and feels unreasonable for such a basic service.

My cat and I consider ourselves to be very fortunate to be clients at Vets4Pets in Botley. The customer service is outstanding. From the moment I ring reception, I know I am in the safe hands of people who care for my pet as much as I do. Daisy, the vet, went above and beyond to answer my phone calls during a weekend when she had a heavy case load. She treated my concerns seriously and put in place a clear plan to get my cat back to full health. She was the consummate professional with a very reassuring manner. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

I've been bringing my pets here for over a year now and the team have always been brilliant. Special shout out to Hannah who looked after my dog on our last visit. I have an elderly rescue dog, so I really appreciate the warm welcome and patience each time I bring her for an appointment. Thank you on behalf of me and Pippa! 😊
